If you live in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area, you actually have quite a few great options around you.

Harriet Park

Harriet Park might not be a true dog park, but it’s an absolutely lovely park to bring your dog. There are plenty of walking trails to make sure your pup gets his exercise in and there’s even a little stream to help him cool down during the warmer months. This park is also kid friendly with a great play area.

Overall, it’s an ideal park for experiencing nature and getting your dog out of the house to burn off some of that energy.

Conshohocken Riverside Dog Park

Conshohocken Riverside Dog Park is located just south of Plymouth Meeting and is an easy drive. It’s located along the river and the city recently did a revamp of the park in 2019. There’s plenty of space for your dogs to run, explore, and socialize.

MonDaug Bark Park

MonDaug Bark Park is a dog park located in Fort Washington, PA, but has become quite popular.

There are two play areas for the dogs. One for medium and large breeds and one for small breeds. This is great because if you have a small breed or a little puppy, you don’t have to worry about him getting run over by a massive Labradoodle.

There’s also a paved trail to go on a walk before or after play time.

Horsham Dog Park

Horsham Dog Park is located out in Horsham, PA. While it is a bit further out from Plymouth Meeting, it gets high reviews. The play areas are spacious and covered in wood chips to minimize issues with mud.

Similar to MonDaug, there is a separate play area for the small dogs. It’s always got plenty of dogs to play with and the dog owners are all very responsible. It’s known for having very few issues with patron and their pups.

Horsham Dog Park also has trails and water so that your dog is stimulated on your walk.

Haverford Reserve Dog Park

Haverford Reserve Dog Park is located in Haverford, PA. It’s known for its well-maintained play area. There are both grassy areas and high-quality hard surfaces. The entrances on both sides of the park are double-gated, and during the warmer months, the water is turned on.

Haverford Reserve Dog Park has shaded areas to cool off in and there are always a reasonable amount of dogs around. Once your dog has had enough time with the other pups, you can take him on the Haverford Reserve trails and get a nice long walk in.

Curtis Dog Park

Curtis Dog Park is located in Wyncote, PA, and has a similar set up to some of these other dog parks. Two areas of play are available for the dogs. One for large breeds and one for small.

There is plenty of parking, but there are muddy areas if it’s recently rained, so make sure to get those protective covers on your car seats! Curtis Dog Park also has trails and areas to walk your dog.
